I suspect that Brossart is ranked #25 out of respect for our third place finish in the KHSAA State Tournament last spring. We lost six seniors and a seventh starter did not return this year. Besides Nate Verst and Tanner Norton, there is very-little returning varsity experience.

That's why I said it is tough to rank state wide. They go a lot by how the team did last year. With the turnover in high school, it is a complete crap shoot most of the time. They should of at least looked at the local NKY ranking's and realized if coaches didn't put them in the top 10 up here, how can they be #25 in the state. They have two very good returning starters and then the rest are unproven.

^ If this is for real then I'm waiting for TOG to get blood pressure pills in him before responding

... and I wouldn't blame him. What a joke.

I'll start it for TOG........... CCH beats St X 7-3 and St X falls 3 spots to #6 but CCH falls from #19 to out of top 25.....

CCH plays the #25, #7, #3 (twice) and the #1 ....and goes 3-2 and falls from #19 to out of the 25.......

Please...someone help me understand...

WOW......Whoever puts this together needs to pay more attention to what is going on. Actually, just toss this in the fireplace because that's all this is good for. ABOSOLUTE JOKE!!!

Rankings in high school baseball is crap, if coaches in NKY wouldn't worry so much about this maybe baseball in this area would get better. Throw your best in the district games and then try to develope some kids through out the season and they will be better off in the end, stop worrying about 20 win seasons and never making it out of the district. Hurry up summer ball!

New polls needs a new thread.
