You may want to be careful with what you post on here as I, too, know a lot about what goes on there and you couldn't be further from the truth regarding Snapp. If he is getting kids from Cincy to come to Newport, it is because they are moving to Newport.

 

I know for a FACT that there are two current seniors who were trying to get in to Newport last year and Snapp told them no because they wouldn't move to the area and could possibly be ruled ineligible. Snapp didn't want to see them miss their senior year. Don't sit here and post garbage that Snapp doesn't care about the kids.

 

BACK TO THE THREAD TITLE.... I'd expect Snapp, Blevins, and Goetz to all three be in contact with Ryle about the opening and to interview at some point.

 

How I think coach Snapp, Blevins and Goetz are great, I really like coach Bowman coaching at Ryle. He has experience on all levels and has had success. He is young and very energetic and knows how to motivate young men!

I think you're referring to the Conner job but from my understanding coach Hicks is staying for one more year.? I don't think he would pass up the opprotunity to be a head coach at a major program. Unless you know something I don't. ha-ah
