I thought Mason might make it a closer game, but what do I know? Was the game always a blowout, or was it close?

First half was close with South leading by 3. South came out and took control of the game in the 3rd leading by 14 at the end of the qtr. The South Laurel lead was as much as 21 in the 4th.

Didnt catch the exact score, but did hear that Lafayette came from behind to win.

Congrats to South Laurel,This was a great game for a half.22-19 at the half and then SL turned it up and totally dominated the Royals in the 2nd half.I cant pin point it but this has been the Royals killer all year long is they play 1 half of basketball and just dont show up the other.We have to get this straight and soon or these Royals wont be making any noise come March.SL is a very impressive team they all can handle,Drive and Shoot the ball well.Im so glad to be done playing top 10 teams for at least a Month till Pendelton comes back to town in late Feb.I can say all but 1 of the Royals losses have come to teams ranked in the top15 including 3 to either the number 1 or 2 team,Thats why i say we need this break back to more normal teams its been a brutal schedule.Good luck to the Cardinals the rest of the way and hopefully the Royals can right the ship soon before it sinks.

He lead Highlands nice looking player same for Guidualli(sp).Wilkerson had 32 to all players nice player also.Both teams should do well in postseason.

Not many loses in there to be ashamed of. They've played some tough teams, surely one of the toughest schedules in the state.

The ship is going in the right direction and in no danger of sinking. Your won-loss record may take a few shots playing 4 of the top 5 teams in the state, but the quality of this basketball team is very good.
