To say there was nothing else they could cut in the military, entitlements, or in any bureaucracies is just ludicrous. Clearly, they don't have their priorities straight.

For fiscal year 2013, its only $44 billion or 1.2 percent of the budget. For the upcoming years, its roughly $85 billion or 2.4 percent.
