You heard wrong.

No matter the reason, ND will be a stronger team than last year.

She will pitch. S14 said that move wasn't because of pitching.

I'd say it was a major factor.

I remember reading on BGP that maybe there was another issue??? Am I thinking of the same kid?

If you read the other issue then why would you believe pitching was a major factor?

Pitching is always a factor. All I can do is speculate about the other factors.

Pitching is always a factor. I read about the other factor but I don't have the details. All I can do is speculate.

Pitching isn't always a factor in this house, Haylee plays multiple positions.

The details were pretty specific. There was a couple threads it was discussed under.

Not concerned with her playing multiple positions, but if she is considered a top pitcher in NKY then it's a factor. I'm sure the specifics behind closed doors are different than what's said on this forum.

She is considered by a lot of people a top pitcher in NKY. But again, she plays multiple positions sometimes she's needed at other spots more than pitching. Because she was needed at SS last year and not the mound was not a factor in the slightest for her transfer. I put the details out there when it happened. I'm not a BS sort of person, no reason to hide the truth.

I refreshed on the subject, and though I don't know the truth, I have no doubt you did what was best. I'm sure it will work out at the new school and I'll bet they are happy that she can play others positions and still be a #1 pitcher if needed.

We played Ryle last year and faced miss Smith before she transfered(I assume its the same player). We won the game 5-1. I would say she is okay, but then most of the pitchers we faced in the GMC I would say are better.

Man didn't you get your feeling hurt when I said I wasn't sure if your kid was Texas good then you come on here and say a pitcher is ok and most the pitchers in the GMC are better. I don't know most kids in the GMC but I do know a couple and I would say Haylee is very close to most of them and better than at least 1 that I know of. The GMC is the best conf in the tristate and its no secert that the cincy schools for the most part are ahead of the NKY schools

It's okay JMU, I must not have the sensitivity chip on my shoulder Texasdad does. Or maybe it is because his opinion, that Haylee is okay, is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things? He is entitled to his opinion, he gave it & it's all good; just not everyone can be Texas good!

Smith was not even Ryle's #1. Smith had a good year two years agos, but Crupper carried the team with her pitching last year. Huge difference from one year to the next

I would respectfully disagree. While Smith and Crupper are both excellent pitchers I still think Smith was their best, but maybe one could say they were both equally as good. It just so happens that Smith is such a great athlete and so versatile that she was asked to play another position, and she did. Therefore Crupper got the benefit of pitching most of the games. Must be nice to have the luxury of having two great pitchers. Good luck to both players this season.

Did Haylee pitch against Oak Hills or was it the other pitcher?
