I hope you can create a group and you aren't sending all of those out individually. Lol

I do, but unfortunately left Joe off the list.

Its all good man just giving you a hard time. Im sure its really hard updating so many people. As long as I dont miss out on all A scores then district and region scores I will be happy.

Will do!

Cain from hhs had either 10 or 11 but got in foul trouble late and was subject to the offense/defense sub for most of the 4th. Seemed nc spread their scoring out pretty well and I must say did a great job of moving the ball around until they got open looks. The musical chair substitution pattern for HHS led to a lot of the confusion on both ends for them. At one point I thinks nc had a 17 to 3 run which put the birds on their heals. Many 3 on 1 looks for nc after breaking the press. I do wish someone would teach them how to take a charge instead not doing it and causing others to get cheap fouls. Refs were terrible on both ends so that was not an excuse.

NCC played good "team" basketball while HHS does not. Too many guys worrying about how many points "they" score rather than how many the team scores. Sometimes the extra pass leads to a clean look rather than one that is highly contested. Several times HHS had 2 on 1 breaks after beating the press and the ball was not passed one time nor was there a conversion. As far as taking a charge, you have to be in a good defensive position in order to do that. This team is horrible at both ends of the floor to be quite honest and hopefully that changes in the next few weeks or they will be one and done in the frosh tourney. Have never seen a group of kids do a complete 180 in such a short time and I know that is not how they have been coached over the years. Too many "I's" and not enough "we's" at this point in the season. As far as breaking the press for 3 on 1's, those were the result of shots taken or turnovers made before the inbounder even crossed half court and not the result of Highlands pressing because they did very little of that. This team has about two plus weeks of basketball left and hopefully they can revert back to playing "team" basketball at both ends of the floor and show what they can truly do on the basketball court or continue to play as they have and get ready for football and/or baseball.
