Final from Warsaw. Holmes hits a three with 8.1 seconds left in the game, Gallatin calls timeout, drives length of the court, makes 2 passes and Brooke Dossett hits a 15 footer at the buzzer for the win. Very balanced scoring for Gallatin as they had four in double figures.

11 in a row heading into the All A Classic. 17-2 overall.

Who drew that play up?

Dennis Hopper:ylsuper:

Great game by both teams. There were some really good players on display in this game. The Dossett sisters were as good as advertised and Turner for Holmes is a very good one. She fought through double teams from the tip. Holmes had several players step up with some good performances (Deena and Tabitha Kilburn). Best of luck to both teams the rest of the season.

Did he run the picket fence for Dossett????

Not exactly but it sounded good.

Sounds like it was an exciting finish. Much closer than what I thought it would be. Congrats and good luck next week.

Holmes has finally had everyone back and has played pretty well the last few weeks compared to earlier in the season playing with out 3 top players. If I am not mistaken they beat HC played Brossart close and only lost to WV by 11 without Turner and before Sandlin was injured.

Gallatin was up 10 or so most of the way and out a key starter and leading rebounder for the rest of the season. This being said, Gallatin has overcome adversity and is continuing to win.

Gallatin has won the last two nights by margins that some think should be greater than they were.

I think they are underestimating the loss of Scout Odom. Plus, you can't beat everybody bad every night. At any level.

Yes when she was hurt at the A I know Coach Roberts was upset for the kid. I read a article in the enquirer where she had come on an been averaging aroun 10ppg 9 rpb and 5 steals along with hustle an a physical presence, an best athlete. That is tough to lose especially playing so soon after she goes out in the all A.

You are correct.

Was Coach Roberts at the game? I heard she wasn't there.

No she was not. She was not feeling well.
