Fairdale rallies from an early 13 point deficit and 5 down to start the 4th quarter to avenge an earlier loss to X. Fairdale will advance to face the winner of Butler vs Eastern Friday at 7pm. Fairdale's Josh Payne needs just 2 points to achieve 1,000 points for his career.

Another close lose for the Tigers. Sounded like a tale of two halves. X had their run in the 1st half and then Fairdale had 2 signficant runs in the 2nd half. Is it possible the LIT = Big East Tourny...?

Congratulations to Coach Longacre and his kids. They're having a solid season and I look forward to the 6th region tourney. Also very excited for Josh Payne. 1000 pts is a big deal. He's an outstanding player. Can't wait to hear where he lands at the next level.

It's definitely a tough tournament to win. The best of the Sixth and the Seventh (even without Bullitt East) represent a pretty nasty gauntlet. If Fairdale were to win this tournament, they'll likely have beaten four teams in the Top 20 in order to pull it off. Any team from anywhere on the bracket who manages to win it will probably have to beat at least two.

It wasn't as busy for the first two games but the last two games had nice crowds yesterday!
