Cov Cath is very, very good. We all know they can shoot but they are very quick. Ruthsatz is the best player in the region.

I was impressed with Covcath and as BM said, it will indeed be a good one 1/8.

 

Ruthsatz has a very tight handle and is tough to defend. Also pretty strong for how small he is.

 

I was most impressed with Frederick. He was our player of the game and rightfully so. Had three treys, took it to the rim hard, and really impressed me with his ball handling and crossover. Also much improved defensively. Kid has improved so much since last year.

 

Overall, this is a complete team. Schuh is a solid athlete and had a nice dunk tonight. Pauly, while not big, crashes the boards hard and is a work horse at both ends.

 

Only negative I saw tonight were the antics of Tobler any time he got a foul called on him. Someone please tell him It's best to just keep quiet when a ref calls a foul...even if it isn't the right call. Outside of that, he also played well down low at both ends, coming off the bench.

 

I would say watch the replay under our webcasts link at Nkysports.com but I know we got kicked off a couple times because of internet problems so not sure if the full video is there or not.

I was very impressed with Kiefer Dalton from Clinton Co. The kid is a very good player and is a court general. Very smart and very savvy. Love his game. Nice to see him get recognized on the All Tourney team.

Dalton was solid but I was most impressed with Langford. Very quick and shifty with the ball. Tough around the rim.

All I know is if I could take one player from the region to start a team it would be Ruthsatz. Others may be bigger, taller, stronger etc but he makes that team go. Very quick, deep range, excellent passer, and has that unique ability to make everyone around him better.
