Wish they had said how many rebounds Trentman had. He was cleaning the glass.

Next game is against Roger Bacon tomorrow at 3:30

Roger Bacon will be a real test for the Mustangs. Bacon scrimmaged New Cath in the pre season and had the better of it by a slight margin. Good louck to the stangs.

They play great team ball. Had 4 players in double figures last night.

I thought Perry Central would make a better showing than this. They just got Johnson eligible the day before. I believe when he gets a few games under his belt the Commodores will be better and have a good shot at winning the 14th region. But they will have to contend with Knott Central and Hazard, who both are very solid teams, too.

Isn't Cordia (sp?) in the 14th as well? Heard they were supposed to be decent. Read on BGP somewhere that they had 2-3 transfers that were waiting on KHSAA's judgement to be handed down.

You heard correct. If the Lions get their transfers eligible they will be in the mix as well. They only lost by 12 at Knott Central a few weeks ago, with what they have right now. With additions they should be one of the top teams too. That's if Rhodes can come through on the coaching end of it. Some of the talk in the coaching ranks in the 14th last year was they were not much impressed with his X's and O's.
