Current poll results are tied, swinging towards the Ads as the game nears. Many are now thinking the Ads will win, and for good reason. They have a world of talent, return of a key injured player, Hall of Fame Coach, been playoff tested while Somerset has not been this year and have had a chance to make adjustments since first game which by most accounts was won on emotion from the Jumpers.

Somerset will have their hands full tonight playing against a team that has so much going for it.

Ads are going to miss Jacobie Harris so we shall see how that affects strategy. You know SHS has to like their chances given the recent domination they have had in this series.

Still, I like Danville to pull out a very close low scoring game. This will be a physical matchup and quite frankly the Ads are out of excuses as to why they have let SHS continue to push them around. Nowhere to go but up and absolutely nothing to lose.

I think we will see an inspired effort from the Ads to try and redeem themselves.

Good luck to both teams!

Got to find my cooler weather gear for tonights game, not bone freezing cold but it will be a little on the cool side...about 40 at kickoff.

The last 2 games I have watched between the two, Somerset will give a little extra push after a tackle or play is over to intimidate Danville...Of course I know SHS players are trying to get in the DHS players head and so far they have been sucessful.

They don't just do it against Danville. And it can be frustrating. As long as you don't go overboard and get a penalty, you might be successful.

I figured as much. You're right you have to be careful and not show strong retaliation because that is the player who usually gets flaged. I just like to see 11 DHS players playing with fire and agression, blocking til the whistle blows and roughing it up a little.:D

That stuff never works as it is always the retaliator that gets caught anyway. Besides, these teams know each other fairly well so they shouldn't be suprised by anything that is tried or said on the field. Just play the next play better than your opponent.
