DH played a great game. Scott co was cold tonight from the field. Could not set up in their press and thats how they beat you to death on turnovers. I am impressed with the coaching style of Heights coach. Good job. The Colonels was down five with 5 minutes to go. It seems they have done this all year can not finish strong.

Scott County shot 49%, Dixie shot 28% from the field. Dixie was 15/55 from the field, yet played Scott County tough the entire game. The final score does not show how close this game truly was.

If Dixie could have just made a few more easy shots and a couple key baskets in the 4th quarter this could have came down to the wire, and Dixie could have possibly pulled an upset larger than Desales beating South Laurel.

Luke is young and still a bit raw, but coming along nicely. The high caliber schedule Dixie is playing will serve them well as the younger squad comes of age. People don't put much stock in JV results on this site, but it's noteworthy that Dixie has been holding their own with top notch competition.
