Channel 5 had Fieger as #8. I think it was their NKy game of the week?

Cameron Lane who was active tonight and started at safety. Lane came in for one series late in the game when the reserves were playing. Fieger starting was not suspension related.

 

How do you know that Fieger starting was not suspension related??? There were no other QB options (except Lane, which they decided weeks ago isn't the answer) tonite.

Forget practiced with the varsity for the first time this year. The kid looked great. A good sign of things to come in the next years for the tigers.

Clearly you are wrong as Lane played QB in the NCC game. In any case, it really doesn't matter why he was there last night. He stepped up and showed he is ready to be a Varsity QB. We'll certainly know more when he, his O-line and receivers face a tougher opponent, but he certainly can throw the ball well.
