November 2, 201213 yr What an idiot... I see some civil settlement and a suspension/forced resignation but Criminal charge, no. I know of a guy accidentally shot and kid and killed a minor who was not criminally charged, so I don't think he should face criminal charges.

The circumstances here are why it would probably be grounds for a criminal charge. I just don't see how this could cause any lasting "TRAUMA"

A member of clergy, a person in high postion and authority, forces a 10 year old to have sex. Both are traumatic and can lead to lasting trauma. Also, have you ever been tazed?

Once again, what an idiot. Glad I don't work with him.

Still a stupid mistake if that's the case. But a lot different than "he tased a 10 year old because he wouldn't clean his cruiser".

November 4, 201213 yr So I'm the ONLY one who wonders how the guy still has his job? It'll take time to fire him. I'm sure he's in a union and police forces struggle to just straight up fire an officer that is part of a union.
