Caveman Posted January 17, 2006 Posted January 17, 2006 This is a very dangerous game Friday night for the cougars with Boyd the next day. Also I believe they really beat up the Raiders earlier in the season. They better come to play. Morgan by 8.
gold sunrise Posted January 17, 2006 Posted January 17, 2006 The Cougars need to take care of business and not look forward to Saturday night.
CougarsBestFan Posted January 17, 2006 Posted January 17, 2006 I think that the cougars will win easily. MC by 14 or more
STRIKE3 Posted January 17, 2006 Posted January 17, 2006 Morgan County is making a name for themselves across the state, having only lost in close games.
nerf Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 I think Morgan County will beat East Carter by 15 or more points. There are too many variables involved for me to be willing to predict each team's scores though. I am cautious about such things.
Nothingbutnet Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 Morgan will win easy if they stay focused! They can't be looking ahead to Boyd Co. If they don't come in thinking of Boyd, they should be just fine!
Caveman Posted January 18, 2006 Author Posted January 18, 2006 That's some fine scheduling right there. Biggest regular season game of the year the day after a trip to Grayson.
Nets Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 If you're going to win a regional championship you must play the "biggest" games of the year on back to back nights. All teams in the 16th play back to back at some point for the very reason of simulating tournament play against quality competition.
BigCat23 Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 10-4 Nets. It helps teams to learn to focus on the game at hand and sometimes teaches them what happens if they don't. Without a doubt Coach Perry, Coach Trusty, Coach Gamble, and Coach Hamilton will have the boys prepared as far as offensive and Defensive strategies go, but it will be up to the players to be focused on the game at hand and take care of business! Having said that I take the cougars by at least 13.
Caveman Posted January 18, 2006 Author Posted January 18, 2006 All teams in the 16th play back to back at some point for the very reason of simulating tournament play against quality competition. We've played in several back to back situations already this season. No home games between Dec.1 to Jan. 13. I've seen better scenarios.
Nets Posted January 18, 2006 Posted January 18, 2006 Nobody wants to come to Morgan Co. and play. Cougars have another game or two they could schedule if they want.
