Basketball season for 2012-2013 should provide another exciting year. What should we expect from Carroll County? Remember, please be constructive.

The Panthers will be without longtime coach Randy Mefford, who retired at the end of last season. Carroll struggled last season and will probably struggle a bit this season, due to inabaility to score.

Yep, longtime veteran and excellent head coach Randy Mefford will be sorely missed on the sidelines, however I wish the best of luck to new CCHS head coach Paul Stone. The transition occurs with the Lady Panthers a tad bit bit down this year. Best of luck to the new and former coaches, and especially the girls on the floor. This is just one of the 8th region schools with a new person at the helm after its long-term coach departed.

Did not see Carroll County scrimmage Conner at Henry County, but heard that Conner had their way with the Panthers.

Carroll Cty was no match for Conner on saturday.

Not a good match up for Carroll Co. Not understanding who would set therese two teams up.

That is the same thing I thought last week when I saw the scrimmage line up. That could not have been very productive for either Conner or Carroll.

Not knowing all the teams that were there who would Carroll of been competitive with on the schedule? And don't they have a new coach.

Carroll will play Oldham Co. tonight at Carroll. Starting at 6:00pm
