Elder is a good team but maybe not the 6-7 best team in their region, let alone the state. They are fighting to get into the playoffs. If you want to say 6-7 in Cincy then fine but not the state.

 

For I am curious. Could you rank the top 7 teams in Ohio then Cincy b/c im not too up to date on Ohio. Also side note Highlands is not the 2nd best team in Ky.

I have seen all of the GCL and a few others. IMO Moeller is the most over rated of the entire group. Blown out by X and beat by Elder. Totally over rated.

 

X is too inconsistent to be top 5. Colerain is the only team in Cincy that I think most people would say is a unanimous top 5 team.

Lou X & BG are, IMVHO, better than HHS. If, as some northern Kentuckians claim, HHS is second best in our state, then they darn well better beat a team that many on here are saying may not even be a top ten team in OH.

The comparison of the Ky schools is off topic. I was just assuring that Bg or X is the 2nd best in Ky and i think they are better or on the level with at least the 7th or 8th best in Oh. Also yes i do believe Bg and X would beat Elder.

Significance is that even though HHS has been rolling teams this year, we still don't know how good they can be. They won handily against Boyle, Scott Co and CCH but we don't yet know how good those teams are so it's hard to judge. This will tell us where HHS stands.
