I had a feeling it would be like this....and the missing state still isn't in.

 

California "Last week, California reported a large drop in applications, pushing down the overall figure to the lowest since February 2008.

 

This week, it reported a significant increase as it processed applications delayed from the previous week." this time.....

Interesting, isn't it? I'm sure the timing was merely a coincidence and those economists, both left and right, who had concerns about the numbers not fitting are now receiving their well earned apologies.
