Great bounce-back win for LCA. Despite not being a grea athletic team, they can be very effective with their zone press when they hustle. If they're hitting shots, they clearly can beat a large number of teams. The 11th region doesn't offer much in the way of breathers.

This was my first time seeing both teams this year. LCA won this game because they worked harder for it and more importantly they hit their threes in the second half which allowed them to build an 11 point lead halfway through the fourth quarter. Lafayette seemed to wake up then and began feeding their 6'8" center who just about brought them back. Lipka hit a couple freethrows with six seconds left to seal the greatest win in LCA basketball history to date.
