BGP Fantasy Football League ~ Week Three

Soft. He's been hurt since he left Chapel Hill! Could be top 5 WR if he'd ever play a full season. At this rate that will never happen before he retires! When you're hurt every single year you are soft or one unlucky son of a gun! Right now he's cost me the first two weeks and already screwed me this week so he's soft lol!

If the injuries are legitimate, it's not soft IMO.

Nicks has a bum foot. He recovered very quickly IMO and the fact that he played through the pain against Tampa and had 199 yards was amazing. If you watched that game you would have seen that he was in obvious pain, even before a Bucs defender leaped in the air and landed right on Nicks bad foot. Nicks came out for one play an returned. It's no surprise the coaching staff held him out against Carolina. It was a short week. No sense in playing a guy and risking further damage when you can probably manage for at least one game without him. Considering they won 36-7 I think the coaches made the correct choice.

I don't think he's soft but some guys just can't stay healthy. He kinda reminds me of Griffey Jr ( cincy years).

I already said I can't argue against him being injury prone.

Only one team hasn't turned in a lineup this morning

Who is that?

Who is that?
 I have no idea

Just want to cry about it one more time. This is a joke. On my bench:

F. Jackson

J. Stewart

Those are my 2 starting running backs

J. Maclin

G. Jennings

Those are my 2 top WR's

Guys I'm forced to start (Jennings I can't wait on because of a lack of replacement if he doesn't play)

R. Meachem

B. Hartline

M. Goodson (seriously, this is killing me)

So in conclusion, I either did a pathetic job with the draft or I've had horrible luck to start the year health wise.

Any American Conference team that needs a QB I can still trade Flacco, or heck, at this point I may be willing to trade Newton for a true stud and just roll with Flacco at QB though that isn't what I'd want to do.

Now that I've got it out my system for today I'll go ahead and try to pull the upset.

Yeah... That's not happening. :D

Was trying to pump my team up, but good grief its impossible to put something together in a 16 team league when you are missing your top 4 options outside of your QB. Hopefully they will actually return to playing soon....

The War Hogs on pace to set a franchise record for points in a game. After nearly 10 years in the league. Not sure if that is a good thing or bad thing. I think it's only the second time I've ever scored over 100 points.

Good game MJ. Streak had to end sometime... :irked:

C'mon, time to go to the woodshed little guy

Sorry I wasn't able to go to the woodshed, maybe next time.

Would have won if I started Big Ben... :irked: :irked:
