Bracken's Coach Persinger Resigns

I agree, but high school sports is year round. There is no break for teenage girls or boys to be teenagers. The coaches says you have to play to get better, but when a person gets burned out they stop, not only teenage but grown ups to.

I have to disagree with this statement. I played high school and with my club softball team in Texas, before UIL sanctioned fast pitch in 1993, and during my junior year in high school I played (practice, games and tournaments) between 45 - 50 days straight (Monday - Sunday). I never got burned out. I loved the game too much.

Any word if the AD who runs everyone off has hired anyone yet?

Wow what is the AD doing down there? First football now softball?? Can he be that bad to work for? Heard he's not a nice guy!

Chad is still coaching basketball, I don't think he has been run off. Regarding the FB coach, Hard to find coaches in these small schools that want to stick around forever unless they have local roots. Usually they use these jobs as stepping stones for bigger and better things.
