June 21, 201214 yr Totally off the subject here, but can anyone tell me if the exit#5 Newport/Bellevue exit is open now? It was closed for re-paving or something last Thursday and totally thru me off especially when your used to only taking that exit for the Aquarium and other things. Thanks.
June 21, 201214 yr It is open All In.Thanks,had to take exit 4 at the last second and was completely lost, had to stop and ask directions on how to get to the Aquarium, when you don't know these things in advance you kind of paninc a little.
