  1. T made 2 throwing errors in the 3rd resulting in 3 unearned runs for Russell Co.
  2. Congrats. You don't see the Kentucky boys spanking the Hoosiers too often. Does anyone have more info on this?
  3. This is a good and welcome example of the powers that be in Louisville working together to solve a problem.
  4. Trinity plays Pikeville at 1:30 pm Thursday in the first round of the state tournament in Lexington.
  5. I believe that this was Ellie Hammond's third straight single's title.
  6. Here I go speculating.......but I can see a lot of reasonable doubt in this case, especially since the verdict must be unanimous.
  7. As to bond and I don't know what it was set at or if it was ROR, he is not a danger to the community, he will not fail to appear in court (especially with high-powered counsel), and he is presumed innocent until proven guilty. I can see ROR. I say let the facts play out before judgments are made.
  8. At the spring game last week, I thought all the QBs threw the ball well, even though the receivers IMO had some trouble getting open (perhaps due to some of them running track or being injured or to the defense's familiarity with the routes). The best running back - Berry - was also doing track I was told. I thought both lines looked strong and OL Elijah Hernandez (Sr.) is a name to remember. Running game was not where it needs to be although it improved later in the game, probably to personnel substitutions. Kicking game was very good. LB play needs some work. Secondary was good. Most impressive of all to me was the spirit shown for a spring practice game. I hope it carries over to the summer and fall. We'll see how things play out.
