I'm also not qualified on weight loss. I have found what works for me on the fight to keep the weight off. I made a spread sheet on excel and record my calorie- carb intake each day along with calories burned. I don't smoke, or drink alcohol but I do drink ZERO sodas and a lot of them each day. I have blood work done often to make sure everything is in line liked it should be. When I started back on Jan. 1st. 2010 I was 310 pounds and had lost 100 pounds the first year. IMO that was the easy part. Keeping that off is the difficult part. Today 14 years later I've ran 40 half marathons, 5 marathons and run over 1,000 miles a year. 172 pounds today and continue to fight each day and track my calories - carbs. I never want to go back. It's not easy but it can be done if you want it and work for it.

How many Power 5 D1 players does Boyle have this year? Quisenberry, Brown, B. Driver, S. Driver, McClure, and Hager. Sure I'm missing a few. Hearing that Seneca Driver was the guy everyone was talking about at a camp this week. -
We are less than 3 months away from the first game! Looking forward to seeing this group play this season.

I know absolutely nothing about Ohio football. I do know that if they are back to back to back State Champions in Ohio that Boyle will have their hands full and hope they can make it respectable.
