  1. According to ESPN Analytics: Kentucky had a 34% chance to win if they went for the 4th down. Kentucky had a 12% chance to win if they punted. It was a stupid decision. And what was with redoing the kickoff after the push in the back call against Georgia just to move the ball from the 26 to the 25? That was a waste of time for one yard. He just doesn’t think at times.
  2. Punting the ball back to Georgia on 4th and 8 in Georgia territory with around 3 minutes to go was just another boneheaded decision by Stoops. I honestly question the man’s intelligence at times. That was their best chance to win the game and he just makes another terrible decision.
  3. I honestly thought this game would be a lot closer. Bardstown scored on the last play of the game, and they had some moments where they moved the ball on Ashland, but just couldn’t finish other than the two long scoring plays. I do feel Bardstown got a terrible spot on one 4th and 1 play in the 3rd quarter. Ashland’s Oline looked a little better tonight, but still not sure they can run the ball and give Strader time in the pocket against your better teams. I guess only time will answer that question.
  4. Greenup continues to win and win big. Can they take down the Tomcats in a couple of weeks?
  5. I’ve never seen a local team with as much team speed as this Ashland team. It’s very impressive the amount of skilled players they have.
  6. Ashland over 500 yards of offense, 400 plus on the ground, as they steamroll the Red Devils and improve to 5-0.
  7. I was told this morning the collarbone is not broken, but that he has a Grade 3 AC Joint separation, and is out 4-8 weeks.
  8. Strader to Houston for 19 yards. 2 point conversion on a pass from Strader to Frieze. Ashland 14 GW 0
  9. Ashland takes the opening drive about 65 yards for a touchdown. The XP is blocked. Ashland leads 6-0.
  10. Ashland rolls in this one to go to 2-0 on the year.
  11. Sophomore Cam Davis with a 84 yard TD run. Ashland leads 56-13. Ashland is flat out loaded at the RB position.
  12. Ashland scores on its 1st possession of the 2nd half on a short run by Braxton Jennings. That TD was set up by about a 40 yard reception by Brandon Houston. Houston has 2 TD and about 110 yards receiving tonight. Ashland 49 West Jessamine 13 3rd Q : Running clock at 8:48
