  1. the real question is, Are there enough kids on the roster that you can platoon and sit the kids down on the sideline to use the technology/show them during the game? If a team does not have enough kids to platoon, it really doesn't matter what the coaches see using the technology if they don't have a chance to show the kids.
  2. They scrimmaged Lincoln county, with the final score being 40-20 Western Hills.
  3. Yes East Jessamine can play power football. They are a running team much like North Oldham anyway, but not nearly as much motion before the snap.
  4. Actually they hosted Cov Cath back in the 2000 season.
  5. Very true Osceola5454, Western Hills could have folded their tents after being down by 20 points and quit but they fought thru a rough start to come out with a victory.
  6. Actually it looked like Hills was still sick. Washington jumped out to a 20 to nothing lead in the first 7 minutes of the game. Oops i see that this was posted further down in the list.
  7. While everyone seems to be focused on the offensive side of the game for Friday night. Both teams can score. I look for the defensive side to be the one to make the difference in this game. Can E-town stop the run? Can NO pressure the QB and cover those recievers?
  8. Since they are playing at Central then I am guessing that the only upset would occur if Henry won, not if Central won.
  9. How about the Henry Co. vs Western Hills game, earlier this year.
  10. They lost to Western Hills and North Oldham. They have a pretty good record outside of the district though.
  11. Going back and looking at schedules, it appears that Western Hills was 3-7, 2 years ago as well, but they are playing the same schedule this year as they did last year. Based on the current classification system looks like Western Hills took the harder road to the game last night, which may or may not been a factor. I guess it is just the approach that each coach took to scheduling for the last 2 years. As to injured players, hate to see that, but last week I think Western Hills starting QB was suspended, basically like an injury and they managed to squeak out a win against. Sounds like it was good game for the fans at least, maybe they will see each other in the playoffs at some point.
  12. Not sure that Western Hills could be considered the first big test for Henry Co. as they did play North Oldham 2 weeks ago. As to the game this week, Western Hills will have to play better than they did last week(East Jessamine), to have a chance.
  13. West Jessamine ran pretty well against that Western Hills D last Friday night. Could very well be anyones games with Spencer being a running team and Western Hills not stopping the run very well last Friday.
