#22 had a good game had a few nice runs and make a couple of tackles his dad was there and you asked about Ratcliff I think had a couple of catches one almost went for a td just short by a couple of yards he had a real nice tackle thought the kid from East Carter was not going to get up but he did (tough kid). The JV team has one game left it is with Russell on Oct 29 at 6:00pm at Russell so come on out and enjoy a good football game.

Sorry about not talking about the defense some of the players that played well was Rodney Salyers, Justin Kelly, Mike Litteral, Austin Johnson, Alex McCoy, Eddie Cumpton there was others sorry for missing them.
-
Bobby Mckee had 3 tds, Daniel Jones had 1 td I think Mike Litteral had one and Sam Hieneman had one also. Tyler Fraley tossed 2tds that Mckee scored on so it was a pretty good night for the RAMS.

I was told that he injured his hip and the person did not know how bad it was. I hope the injury is not serious he is a good kid and thoughts and prayers goes out to him and his family.

Ashland wins this one by 21 plus. I was wondering if Eric Craft was alright someone told me that he hurt his hip in fridays game(Boyd County).

Good game Russell and congrads to COACH MCGLONE ON #300.
-
Maybe on one or two of them the running backs carried the ball in the wrong hand when the defense was tackling them and carring it loose also. Greenup does have a good team but like I said Raceland helped them alot.
-
# 12 for Raceland had 3 T.D's. One was called back for holding though. He had also had one extra pt.catch . Seems he had pretty decent speed too. One thing that did catch attention is the Qb. looked very nervous when he heard footsteps. Maybe this will go away with more games. Alot of the younger boy's don't like to get hit. I would'nt either.:lol:
# 22 also had a good game. Had a few behind the scrimmage line tackles. Also had some nice runs after the catch. Seeing a few future stars coming up.
#22 is L. Huffman(Yard Dart) is a scrappy ball player and gives 100% not alot of size but loves the game.
#12 B.Mckee he plays RB/WR
-
Raceland shot themselves in the foot with 4 or 5 turnovers. Tyler had 2 ints. I think one fumble on the snap and another running back put one on the ground as well also fumble on a kickoff turnovers gave Greenup 21 pts of the 33 they had. Few bright spots was L. Huffman#22 ran the ball well and played defense well I think he had an INT as well and #25 D.Jones had a good game as well for a first year player he has made great strides in the game on both sides of the ball. There was a few others had a moment or two in the game as well but things are not that bad there is some talent in this group of kids.

Raceland has to win this one. It is a big district game, a win will pretty much give them a home playoff game. I think the coaches and player know this as well.
Raceland-38
Paris-7
They must win the Nicholas County game also.

#53 Yates our center lost for the season, L3 vertabrae broke, by a hit in the back, #25 Hannah torn ACL or possible meniscus tear, hate to see the ejections, official's, needed to get control of the game, but Rams were the better team on this night, Reed's 50 yd. field goal, was a beauty, as they say, theres always next year, Ipersonally, am emberassed, at the way our players handled themselves, and I for one apoligize to the Ram fans, that is not how we should conduct ourselves on a football field.
Hope the young men recover for their injuries and thoughts and prayers goes out to them and their famlies. No apologies needed from you it was just a very heated battle and the refs should have talked to both teams alot sooner than they did I guess we will be seeing you guys this monday and thursday at your field and good luck rest of the year.

Racelands speed was a big difference in this game Greenups O-Line has size but not very quick. Congratulations goes out to Greenups kicker the radio said he set a school record on that 50yard field he made he is a good kicker. Good game Rams now lets get ready for Paris a big district game also good job Raceland coaches nice game. The defense only give up a total of 180yards for the game.
