Back in the early 1980s Beechwood ran a Diamond 7, a defense you would think you could throw on, but problem with them shooting gaps the QB didn't have time. My favorite defense to run if you have big linemen and quick LB's ia a 4-4 hard to run or pass on.

No one is truly ready for this job, but Eric would do fine, he has alot as far as personality going for him.

Part of being a good coach is having a personality, an any one who has talked to him knows he comes across as very arrogrant, that is one of the reasons parents as well as players and other coaches don't have alot of respect for Dodd

Greenup needs a winner, and the college coach wasn't at his previous job so why do people think this position would be any different? The expectations are higher at Greenup than they are at Rock Hill.
