Back to the thread, can anyone in the 16th unseat Elliott County? I believe the consensus is yes but very few and they would have to play near perfect ball, and hope the Lions shooting was off. Will they overlook someone in the 1st round of the district? Very doubtful they are very mature,and their coach seems to keep them grounded. This is just my opinion but, if anyone is going to upset Elliott it will be in the semis of the regionals, they will be facing in all likely hood another winner, if they get by this game, with their experience it will be hard for anyone to beat them in the finals.

MBWC41 Don't give the medals away yet,No doubt Elliott is the top of the rung but, unless there are some changes I think you may find Raceland, East and Fairview may be slightly ahead of the others named IMO

Cameron Indoor seats 7700 yet teams are clamoring to play Duke, I can't see your point as holding water. If you have seen the stadiums in N.Ky the field is great but the stands are terrible

Russell has to go to East every other year and their facilities are not near as nice as Raceland's. Are the Devils just putting this out so they have an excuse if the improbable happens?Besides the Rams basketball team has to play in the tomb Russell calls a gym, and they will not complain

RA09 East is a fine team,but, the most athletic in the 16th? Have you seen any other teams? I saw at least 5 teams this summer that were not only more athletic but were in better condition.

I was wondering about Aaron Rayburn,I know he is a freshman but, he did not get much playing time this past summer.

Elliott should have alot of fun against strong competition in the 5/3 I know they will represent the 16th well.

I believe Raceland and Magoffin are both going to Lloyd Memorial.
