Can you imagine how good Arrez would be if he was 6'6'' - 6'7''? I would have killed to have the atleticism, skill, and height of Hopson back in my day. That kid needs to start playing hard and using that ability.

I agree with you completely about the effort. I'm just saying...You cannot saying Arrez is BETTER than the number 9 prospect in the country.

You are out of your mind if you think Arrez is better than Hopson. I know Hopson never really plays hard but still. If he was better than Scotty, why isn't he a top 10 prospect in the nation?:confused:

Arrez is an excellent player (by far the best in NKY) and a great kid. But lets face it, he would not make a great D1 player. There are two main reasons I say this. First, He is not tall enough to play D1. He is only 6 feet and he doesn't play the point. Second, Arrez doesn't have the best jumpshot. This will hurt him at the next level. I feel that he would make an excellent D2 player. If he were 3 to 4 inches taller I think he would be able to play at the D1 level.

Alex is not playing baseball. But I heard Lafever, Niehaus, and Holocher are going to lead Cov Cath to a state championship no doubt. They are all D1 prospects...:laugh:
