The boys were advised that it would be a hat draw on who plays who, don't know when the draw will be, but I guess it will be soon.

Josh is scheduled to pitch Friday night at PRP aganist Owensboro Catholic, I believe.

The metal bat ban was strictly for safety. There have been numerous deaths related to the speed that the ball leaves the metal bat and strikes a pitcher or infielder. Took a lot of guts to pass this law, rumor Gov of New York will veto the bill. Have to wait and see.

I think is suppose to rain, that would be good. Arms need a day of rest.

Popham will not be playing due to baseball. Had to commit 2 weeks ago and Shane hopes CCH Baseball will still be playing. Don't know about Blesser.

After having seen HHS play twice this year aganist CCH, I think their coach deserves a pat on the back. They are playing much better baseball and can no longer be taken lightly. But I am sure they didn't need a pep talk since they were playing the Colonels. Still, they are playing much better.

There were a few but the big hits were Popham's 370+ to center, Blesser's 360+ to left, Larkin's shot to right center for a double.

Great game to watch - class act by two quality teams and coaches. Would love to see that game played at the same location with 25 degree warmer weather. Hats off to both teams.
