Trust me the tomcats do not have the overconfident attitide that they had going into the raceland game. We know that greenup is very capable of beating us if we do not bring it! We will be ready.

Mike Walters of Ashland has been starting since his sophomore year. He's about 6'3 330. Ashland's line as a whole has been playing very well lately, and has been opening up some big holes. But if I had to choose one I would go with big Mike!:thumb:

Why is Rose Hill in this? These are top teams in the state and Rose Hill is just not to that level yet.:confused:

Hey ukcatsfan, do you think Kasey is the only sr player from Eastern Ky that has a chance to go on and play D1A or DIAA?

UKCATSFAN Clark doesn't even come close to Minnifield..Kasey is a very good high school player for Eastern KY, but is not on the same level as Minnifield, especially in the speed catagory.

You put mcdavid in for either haney or barker..he is the 2nd/3rd best player in the region behind vanhoose and maybe ferguson..he should definitely be in the starting 5

What does eveyone think would make the best 16th region starting 5? I say Thomas and Vanhoose at guards McDavid and Ferguson at forwards and either Gill or Euton at C. ..whats everyone else's thoughts? :argue:

Drew Mcdavid for Ashland, when he is playing wide out he can really bring the ball in and produce some numbers.

I would say Raceland.

Ashland's Fields Davis is a good one

Ashland has a lot of practicing to do. Coach Hart has always mentioned turning the lights on at the practice facility and practicing until we got things "right" we might just very well see that happen this week.

I have heard rumors that the team will keep progreesing each year; this year its 7th next year 8th and so on. There should be great financial support by many of the parents of Rose Hill, by any means this should be an interesting development to watch over the next few years.

Raceland does NOT have better skill people than ashlland. Beach is up there with ashland's skill players but that's it.

Ashland has IMO one of the best snappers in the area, Jesse Parsley.
