  1. U of L is not a bad place to play buddy! I don't care if it is Notre Dame in the big picture. They don't have any trouble recruiting, period. Neither will U of L for that matter. U of L does pass the ball a little more. You are indicating that Notre Dame is sooooooo much better than U of L. I just happen to disagree. U of L is also putting out their share of NFL players lately and I think can be pretty good in the future.

Watch what happens at ND the next few years, you will not be able to put UL in the same scentence!

  2. Yes, his uncle is Frankie, but his dad, Mike, also played at Notre Dame. Frank is taller, but he's got no size on Mike. Zack is tall enough, and has a huge frame. He got a lot more aggressive as the year went on. Like I said at the beginning of the year last year, I'd love to see Zach play some tight end.

My thoughts exactly, he moves like a tight end. I think if NCC can put him there he will be very hard to stop. Look for a breakout senior year! I think ND will come calling.

  3. Curry was impressive in pre game I will say that. He went to his hip with the ball and roundhoused a nice flush during pregame. I was like.... what did I just see????

Kiernan owned him most of the 1st half and all of the 2nd half. Curry is a good player, plays well away from the basket as far as handling the ball and has a decent spin move but I think Keirnan's performance clearly overshadowed Curry.

I have heard a lot of good stuff about Curry, but have yet to see him play. Keirman is impressive,I personally think he could be a legit D-1 tight end if they would put him there. Did not think he would be as polished as he is in b-ball. Great defender with a great attitude.

  4. Mine had to be when Simon Kenton won the state in '81, unranked and all but forgotten they kept fighting when everyone counted them out. They did something no other 9th region team has ever done. After beating a very classy Mason Co. team I realized that I looked at things differently and was proud to be from a special community. I was to young to play on that team, but every one of those guys felt like family to me. We have been blessed in the state of Kentucky with our basketball heritage.

  5. Dirtybird it is called opinions.. You have your opinion and we have ours. What hurts Scott's credibility is their 8 game losing streak. I still think SK is a better team than Scott and nothing you can say will make me believe otherwise. I really think the whole purpose of this thread is a feeble attempt by Scott supporters to make them feel better about this season. You all have touted Howard, McCord, Quigley, and Whitehead, and Sharp so much , you are actually starting to believe it.

  6. You are exactly right, the PC fans were great last night. All of the Highlands fans can blame the loss on the refs, but the fact is that the better team definetly won, and it shows that Bluebird fans can't accept the fact that they lost to a really, really good basketball team fair and square last night. Highlands played hard, but they definetly were not even close to being in as good a shape as PC. The Cats wore them down with 6 players. Good win for Pendleton.

 I can't wait to see my neighbors to the south play later this year!
