Ryan Timmons is the single most electrifying high school football player I have ever seen!! He plays RB and WR. I have seen Quick play and he is no where near as fast or quick on the field as Timmons. Plus he has already committed to UK so he has that in his corner:)

In the long run this game will go along way to this team improving. I actually think if they would have won the game it would not be positive in the long run. Because it would build a believe into the team that they can coast or not be focused for the whole game, and then suddenly turn on the switch and win.

Based on what was posted on here, no way do you.remove him based on this alone. It would be a great opportunity for the coach to teach the young man on how to handle tough situations. Tell the.young man that part of being a man is handling things in a mature way. Tell the young man if he is frustrated or confused about anything regarding the team that the right thing to do is come to the coach and discuss them with him first. I all also say that some coaches do not want the players to sit down and discuss anything and they should never question the coach even in a private meeting. Those type of coaches IMO do not prepare kids for off the court.

If you are looing at gas mileage as a factor, I think that you will be surprised how bad the gas mileage is for the small pick ups. Just get an F-150 their gas mileage is better or the same as the small trucks you mentioned.

If I am LSU I did not want to play Bama, in the first place. I mean they beat them once at their place. Now, if LSU loses to Bama on a nuetral field why would someone vote Bama ahead of LSU? Now, I do think they are the best two teams but I am starting to think that I would have liked to see a match-up with OSU.

I think the point of the BCS was to have 1 play 2. Before teams were tied to specific bowls depending on what conference they were in. So, if there was no BCS this year and OSU is number two, you would have OSU in the Orange Bowl and LSU in the Sugar. Then if LSU lost in the Sugar and OSU won the Orange who would be NC?
