I think Woodford being off on fall break all week had something to do with the slow start. Games on fall break always seem to do that for the Jackets.

This game should have been a running clock, Woodford went for the 2 missed it, and then the wheels feel off a little in the 4th quarter where Campbell scored the 2 touchdowns off turnovers.

Someone who would be great fit for this job would be Trenton Fields. He’s spend the last 5 years at Lexington Catholic as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach there. Fields also spend 7 additional years in the central Kentucky area coaching at Tates Creek, and GRC in various roles. Fields also started at quarterback for 4 years at Woodford County under former Franklin County head coach and current assistant principal Chris Tracy. Woodford County played them this past Friday night, look for the Yellow Jackets to do the same.

Woodford announced today they picked up a game on October 30th @Lloyd Memorial game time is 7:30pm.

Schedule updates still has North Oldham, but it was cancelled after this was posted. Looks like they have changed locations for the Frankfort and Collins games to Woodford County.
