He plays in spots at WR. They don't see a ton of action but before you know it, one is streaking down the sideline for a touchdown. You can't fall asleep on them.

:thumb: Coach Thompson and Co. deserve all the credit in the world. Last years Final 4 team lost 25+ seniors and this year they are having an impressive run once again.

You flat out said that you think Trinity will win based on the fact that Boone has never beat them. If thats how you determine who wins games, then I so be it.

13 seniors and 37 sophomores, so this is going to be a great experience for our squad win or lose, you will be seeing a lot more of these Rebels. I get the Rocky Bleier reference, but in reference to the game, he has started since his sophomore year but hasn't played since I believe the Ryle game. He was a great blocker, my guess is that he won't play Friday.

One of the biggest problems I see for Boone in this game is their inability to "change it up" more often on offense. Three key skill players didn't play against Dixie, Arey - Was hurt vs Ballard I believe, Brison - Also hurt against the Bruins I belive, and Gieske - Who has been out since early in the year. I know for a fact that Arey won't play and I'm assuming Gieske won't either but I've heard the Brison's injury isn't as bad as first thought. Farris won't be able to carry the ball every play, so like in the Dixie game, we are going to have to find some rest time for him if we are going to move the ball against the Rocks.

My bringing up last year is my childish way of responding to such remarks about how Trinity has owned them in the past. As I said earlier, I'm not going to get into that anymore. I think Boone must have their A+ game to have a chance, and lately in the playoffs, they've been bringing it.

I am humble. If saying I think Boone will keep it close makes me not humble, then maybe I'm not.

Unfortunately for me I didn't follow a lot of Trinity games or their fans' remarks. I apologize to the majority if I let the few influence my perception of the many.

What a surprise, you're talking about when Boone only scored 3 points on Trinity a few years back, I forgot you still have that same team. If you haven't paid any attention to Boone in the past couple years, then let me tell you that the 'power run' isn't the only thing they do anymore. Trinity has owned Boone in the past, and they very well could on Friday, but I don't really think you go into a playoff game expecting a blowout (see Dixie last year). You call me cocky for saying that the Rebels will compete in this game, that is extremely comical. P.S. - Who's basketball season started earlier last year? P.S.S. - I'm not going to get into stupid little arguments all week, if I'm an idiot for thinking the Rebels have a chance, then so be it. We must bring our A+ game though, if not, we will be in for a very long night. Good luck to both teams!

I can agree with that. If the same Boone team shows up, T better not be looking ahead to the Final 4, they better expect a war.

Oh you don't think Boone has a chance? Personally I'm shocked . Please don't play this who beat who game because it just doesn't hole any water. Look at last year for Boone. From what I've heard, Trinity has a weakness up the gut, if so, it will be explioted. If the Rebels can avoid the big mistake, I see no reason why they won't be in this football game.

I wouldn't make my prediction based on that game...

:thumb: Thompson had a quote in the paper a few days ago along the lines of sometimes its good when your that young, they don't know that they're not supposed to be doing this. I think Trinity and its fans are in for a rude awakening if they think this one is going to be a blow out. Boone in the regional finals 3 of the last 4 years is pretty impressive.
