A lot of people will give it to the pitcher from Bourbon County, but should a pitcher who sometimes is DH be the POY? I think an everyday player deserves POY and Harrison County Catcher Robbie Stroub would be one of the frontrunners.

Did anyone else see a lane violation that went unnoticed by the 3 officials with 8 seconds left in the game? What happened and why wasn't it called?

I wasn't there to see the lane violation, but with Thompson and Jenkins inside and the ball under your own basket with 5 seconds to go and you shoot a 3! I have a very hard time understanding that move. Hopefully someone who was there and a witness to the finish can help me to better understand.

So why in the world do you try a 3 pointer when you are down 1 and have the ball out under your own basket with 5 seconds left in the game? A 3 pointer is not a high percentage shot in case they didn't know. Unreal!

The last time Harrison County faced the Royals in the 10th Region Tournament Harrison won 60-54 after losing big during the regular season, but that was in 2005. Harrison then lost to Montgomery in the 2nd round. Good luck to the Breds Monday night.

Harrison gets a nice win, but if they don't come back to reality it will be a 2nd Round exit for the 3rd consecutive year and it doesn't matter whether it is Paris or Scott High.

Harrison could only play Pendleton in the Finals. HCHS is one and done.

Harrison comes out flat after blowing the game against Pendleton in the District Finals. Mason leads big early and cruises to a 74-56 win. Thank goodness that Baseball Season is just around the corner for the Thorobreds! Any other predictions?

Just like in Baseball. If Harrison County or any other team hosts the Region, they can be the Visitor on the scoreboard, but they will not give up their dugout.
