I can't wait, what a matchup! This thread is so civilized its scary.... Good luck to both teams

Yes the Rocks beating BC in the '94 state title game Shauns senior year was amazing. He had just rushed for I think over 300 yards against a good Fern Creek team and was averaging over 250 per game. His line also averaged 300 pounds, even though a great guy and hell of a player

BTW the Rocks have been in 5 of the last 6 4A title games.

Twice in the last 11 years Trinity football teams have lost 4 games in a row and comeback to win the state championship. This years Rocks have already proven that they can overcome adversity. I believe the Tigers have an outstanding team this year but the Rocks are practically never real underdogs, they WILL love the role. Trinity 24-17.

Cincy teams have won the Division 1 title the last 3 years and are favored this year. They are THE POWER until they lose.

It looks like Cincinnati HS football still owns Ohio. Would love to see a Lou. St. X / Cincy St X game.

Embrace that super JH team they were arguably one play from the state championship.

Henry Clay had some awesome athletes definite D-1 Prospects #3 excellent QB, #27 Powerful RB , #31 Fast Smooth Kick returner, reciever game breaker, #75 big fast DL. Overall excellent team but they made too many turnovers last night. Eliminate the TO's and it is a close game. The Rocks were hitting very hard and flying to the ball last night, though.

Henry Clay's head coach should pay for his actions. The premeditated charge of the Henry Clay team at the Trinity team as they were coming onto the field could have started one of the ugliest brawls in the history of KY high school sports. If one punch had been thrown instead of just taunts the battle would have been on. I can somewhat understand when a coach loses his head in a heated moment during a game but this was before the game even started. On their post game radio show, Trinity's radio team reported that HC's coach Simpson had threatened Trinity's coach even after the game was over.
