I hope Newport can get it together before next week. I seen them play last night and one bad inning again does them in. I know this district game is a new season and i hope they come to play this one. I am not sure who will be pitching this one for the Wildcats, but coach Brown will have them ready. I hope this will be a good game and the Cats come out on top.

It could be a good match up. It will come down to the defense and who makes the plays in this one, if both pitchers are on. It could be a good game..GO WILDCATS

Bellevue played unbelievably good... they beat Newport fundamentaly and in hitting..... Richter threw good for the tigers.... they hustle every bat and play defense with alot of intensity without making any mental mistakes.... they have quality coaching as well... overall Bellevue played great

With Newport throwing Atkins i dont see a run rule happening. If they lose it will not be by a run rule

East-Bellevue, Dayton, Campbell Co. West-Beechwood, SK, Scott, I think Dixie maybe with the west team as well. Not to sure of it all. Just my guess.

He did not hold spring practice that i am aware of. I know it was thought about but i dont think it happened.

He was going to do the basketball one. He didnt want to play football from what i heard from a few of the kids. But who from Newport would you leave out? I know it would be hard to pick 5 with the team they had. But anyway good luck to the kids going to play. I hope to make it to the game, when they decide were it is going to be played.

Chris Eder(P-1b) of Conner and JJ Hesch(SS) of Newport are 2 good ones. I know there will be more but these 2 will be there.

Does anyone know what kind of team the Wildcats will have this year. I know they have a few good players back and i think Coach Brown will have a few others step up. Who will let the Cats this year, and i hope they can get to the regional this year, but i know their district will be a good one.
