I believe 7 of our guys on the field are 15. Looking forward to the growth of this team. Thank goodness no Timmy Emongo this week. That kid is special not too many kids can do what he does. It may not be the start to the season one would hope for. But I trust Coach James and the rest of the coaching staff and these players to keep working and improving. Folks better get their punches in why they can!!!! It was a good game last year and I expect a tough one again this week. let's Go Flyers!!!

Emongo has been a force. This one felt decided right before halftime. Barring some sort of a miracle congrats on the win. You guys look good, Lots of learning moments for the young guys. Some missed opportunities from Knox. Flyers need a good week of practice another tough opponent next week.

CAL is head and shoulders above a lot of teams in Ky. Franklin Co lost some experience and explosive playmakers. The talent is there but they are young. Scott County has several playmakers that can impact the game on any single play. Playing Scott Co Week 1 isn't ideal, no doubt there could be frustration but last year Franklin didn't show well in the scrimmage against CAL and made a undefeated run to the state championship game only to run into a buzz saw of Boyle Co. I'm not ready to claim that's the case this year but win or lose, FC will come to work. I hope it's a good clean game with no injuries. I'm looking forward to seeing the new field. Friday nights are special when the lights come on, let's see what takes place this Friday. Go Flyers!!!

I do think Crossing wins. If Franklin Co is shooting well and can get out in transition, they can make some things happen. If I'm not mistaken, Frankfort High has played Crossing the tightest. The Flyers did play a decent game the last time at High. I do think on a neutral floor and a near-perfect game, some magic could happen for the Flyers. Frankfort High being at home would be more in their favor. I do think High would have the best shot of beating the Warhawks. High will be tough for the next couple of years if this team stays together and continues to grow. To be the man, you've got to beat the man! It's Crossings until someone takes it. Could this be the year it finally happens? I do think it ends up County vs GC, with it being close in the first half, and then GC pulls ahead in the 4th and wins by 10 or so.

I think having them all in one district would hurt; however, if you can take care of buisness you would know that you would have a solid shot to make a run. I can't wait for August! Nothing like Friday Nights. We lost a ton of explosive playmakers, so we will see what it looks like. But every team loses playmakers every year. Either way, Go Flyers! Ill be watching to see what shakes out with this!

I saw that I'm curious as if that will happen. Talk about a loaded district; it would make for some action-packed football games!

Franklin Co. will have the tall task of Scott Co in Week 1! It's turned into a fun series to watch! I'm assuming it will have the same structure as last year, with Scott Co and GC hosting their respective games? If so look forward to seeing that new facility up close! It's a nice looking campus!
