Nicholas County is running off tackle on Paris and being very effective. Two straight first downs.

Will come down to line play. Nicholas County had two games, I believe, where Campbell & Fryman each had over 100 yds. Good Combo. Paris relies a little more on Barber has Johnson & others that run the ball. Paris has potential explosive passing attack and good punting/kickoff & fieldgoal teams. Still comes down to how aggressive line play & tackling. Should be another nail biter. Always is.

Bracken County was averaging 284 yds rushing & 130 yds passing coming into game with Paris, but only gained 166 yds rushing & 51 yds passing. Take away Bracken's score late in 1st Half with 21 seconds to go, set up I believe by 55 yds Fisher run, it sounds like Paris effectively shut Bracken County down. I was surprised by how effective Paris offensive & defensive line play was. In addition, Paris had 311 yds rushing which was 127 yds more than their average. Jonah Atwood kicked 3 kickoffs into the Endzone, no returns. Bracken has a good team but I think the Hounds were more focused.

This Paris/Nicholas County Game is always a hard fought game. Nicholas always has good line play & hard runners. Paris surprised many with its aggressive line play against Bracken County and overall play. Should be another Paris/Nicholas County hard fought game. Looking forward to it.
