We can come on here and toot the Dudley Hilton train whistle all we want, but fact of the matter is there are two programs that he's jerking along that needs a decision made. It's sad that a person so successful is so arrogant about who he is and what he does.
I'm assuming this info came from the 3000 pt scoring list from the khsaa web...if this is true then it's inaccurate because there's no way to know how many 2000 pt scorers (combined at two schools) there are across the state if they never made it to 3000 pts.
Fall hard meaning what exactly...they going to go 0 for 6 in the district? Or are you disgruntled about something and the only way you know how to vent your frustrations is to sneak in a couple jabs off the topic of Mr. Young?
It is very sad that this thread doesn't get any attention. Goes to show why the game is down. No one seems to care at all about it. Makes you wonder why we even have it anymore? I feel sorry for ALL the players that work their tales off in hopes to make this game because there is hardly any support for it. :idunno:
Great to see almost every area of the state represented on this team. North, South, East, West, and Central! Look forward to watching this team work and play!
Let's be realistic...I'm not saying every kid on the roster has to be from KY by any stretch. I'm just saying there are KY kids that are good enough every year to be recruited by our in state schools. This was in no way meant as an opportunity to take a shot at Samford, or anyone else for that matter.
I wish our in state schools had this approach. I know there are very few that Rick and Cal feel can play at their levels, but no reason Morehead, Murray, EKU, WKU, etc... shouldn't be recruiting the heck out of KY.
The rule should read, "You as a student athlete have 1 open transfer that will allow you immediate eligibility no matter where you live. If you choose to transfer anywhere after your 1 you will have to sit a year automatically!"
5th region officials are fine. Just like any other region you have really good ones, and you have ones you'd consider not very good. The issues stem from combinations. If you have 3 of the top officials you're in good shape, but if you have one top and two bottom you could be in for a long night. Honestly, I'd say this holds true for the 1st-16th regions.
