As a JH fan gotta say I've seen both teams. Was thinking about making that trip down to SW to watch this thing but decided against it. This should be a very good one. SW has more raw talent. I don't thank any reasonable fan can say otherwise. But Shelby is very very very well coached. This game isn't going to be won throwing the football. This game isn't going to be won kicking or special teams. The outcome of this game will be effected by who wins the battle up front. I've seen the biggest and best lines this year. (Central Hardin PRP Christian SW Shelby) and these are by far the two best offensive/defensive lines that I have seen. They just impressed me. Both won the line against us therefore both gave us hell and blew us out of the water. I think SW falls tonight. Just a feeling I have. They ARE more talented. But like I just posted in the Male-CH Thread They all lace them up the same way! Goodluck to all and let's hope that rain stays away!

Real question for Hardin County folks (really for JH and NH Football fans) should I go to this game or etown? Or both? And to say central dosent have a chance is crazy. We all lace them up the same!! I got Male 35-24 In a surprisingly good one.

Watched JH and Bullitt East last night and I'll tell you what. This team even with all the rust and everything looks REALLY good. They reset scores every quarter but my bet is John won by about 6. Player of the game in my eyes is this Junior named Taj Taylor. He had 9 points and 5 rebounds and made an impact. Matt tookover again and they just didn't have an answer for him. I would say he had around 15-20. JH looks good. Scary good with all the football player contributors that at still rusty

Got some news for you guys. #32 & #11 both intend to play tonight. #32 is playing with what I believe is a heavy knee brace. Not sure how mobile he is I guess we will see. Also all of you saying SC will score 20+ are delusional. And to say it's because of the option is crazy also. Remember last year when JH had to take on BE? We all remember what they did as a 4 seed. I have JH pulling away in the second half 27-13

Like I said to start the week Shorter intends to play Friday. Not sure to what capicity but hearing that he will be out there

Held Spencer to season low 170 last Friday. They will stop the run. I worry about big pass personally

Honest opinon? He's a ball hog. Doesn't move the ball. Even with talent around him he looks to shoot every Possesion forcing ill advised shots. I love Matt. He's a great player but he needs to let some of the other athletes on this team (Pearson, Gulliory Carter) do some work. One thing to look at this season. Also I've heard that WKU EKU Morehead St and Murry at are looking at him but that's sure to rise if he plays team basketball this season

My understanding is SW vs FS was a little sloppy. Also some rumors that theymay be a little over confident. The worst thing for them is to get JH that wants to get them back while they go in overconfident because of first appearance and they lay an egg. Possibly could happen might not happen. Who knows. That's why we play. But if john wins I expect a CLOSE SW game

I know JH plays Bulitt East at JH for "Dunking with the Dawgs" that's the Monday or Tuesday of Thanksgiving week but they will be without 4-5 players if football makes it

Honestly, JH will be more healthy this week than they were last week. Lots of recovery time for those kids that were hurt

yeah I've seen that. also the kicking coach got ran over on the sideline last week and broke his hip. Colonel is good but he will be out atleast until Friday so those guys will have to work hard to get work in but they won't have the instruction.

All of JHs starters stand over 6 feet including 3 new additions that are stil at football that play pretty good. JH will be improved. personally think Miller is 2nd best player in 5th region

yeah that's Evans. rumor is him and the kicker Gulliory got invited to Nike camp over summer

also one more thing to look at it was he was the back up long snapper. the starter (who had WKU and Campbellsville scout and talk to him after Friday nights game) has been dealing with a hamstring issue and they don't have another backup

rumor is he is out for the rest of the year but not so sure on that

no doubt. personally I think John has a good chance. only thing I question is with Shelby running a 4 man front on defense can John Hardins new center (6'4 305) get onto his blocks fast enough

personally am hearing that #11 is going to play Friday and that #32 (D End) might possibly come back to John might actually be more healthy than last week
