St Pius 6th grade stay unbeaten with a 48-23 win over Holmes.

They seem to lose a lot of players. What’s the deal with kids not coming back to play.

I don’t know what 3 are being referred to. 2 that made the team Last year that went about 5-15 aren’t playing this year. Their 2 best players are still there. Just wish they all could have had a better experience.

For sure the current 7th grade boys has a bad situation. That shouldn’t have happened and is a shame for the kids involved.

St. Pius has won 6 titles boys and girls combined in the last 5 seasons. And will be heavily favored to win atleast 2 more this year. Not sure how that makes any sense.

NDA is just down for now. Plus a really good NKY 2018 A really good Frosh class is there now and an outstanding 8th grade class is coming in next year so they will be back. Soccer has taken a couple players. They will be competitive this year but agree with them not being in that top 10. They have seen some mentioned in that top 10 play and don’t feel like they can’t beat several of them. They are small this year like many nky teams but do return 4 starters. .500 season would be a successful season for them. Male, Mercer mason Cty, Ursuline Plus everyone in a that top 10 is on the schedule. Good luck to all and stay healthy all year

Pius 41-25. Pius starters out half way into third qtr

St Pius is at Highlands. 6th grade will be a interesting matchup. Pius has only had 3 full team practices for an hr each. One was a scrimmage vs the Pius 8th grade. But the team has played AAU together for 55 games. This is a new coach and new system for them so it’s expexted to be a few weeks until they are in synch. Highlands has a very nice team.

Yes he is but he’s far from the being the show. He was doubled teamed and keep one in the lane to help but Pius 6th grade is very very special. To many others that will hurt you. He will find the open kid for easy baskets. They have played 50 AAU games together and are 10 deep. Best part about them is that group plays so so hard.

Blessed sacrament 8th looked really good. Were up big in 2nd qtr over Woodland St. Pius 6th Gronotte beat Walton handlily.

If these are 7th grade then these are two different teams. No one from the Pius 7th grade team plays on Tranter’s team. His team is from Pius but not a Pius team.

Real game ?

2 really nice guards. Not a lot of height but solid team. Hard to tell on small floor playing across court. I’ve seen 11 of the teams play now. They are definitely up there as a top contender.

Thought Cole was playjng JV at Ryle. Is it BC? Been watching him on Sundays at open gym.

When does SVA play St. Pius. ?

Is Walton playing in PSL his year I see their 6th grade team playing in the scrimmage. Or is this open to anyone
