That's a little bit of a stretch. Scouting alone does not account for an almost 30 point difference. You still have to have the talent to execute.

CC has beat NCC by double digits and SK. And only lost to the other two teams ahead of them (Scott/Boone) in the coaches poll by a total of 6 points. I think they deserve a bit more credit than you're giving them.

I agree. CC is #4 in the state in field goal percentage. They definitely can shoot the ball well, as they are also in the top 20 in 3-point shooting.
