Congrats to Lydia, she can play multiple positons and plays them all very well. Comes from a wonderful family, more than basketball Lydia is a great young lady and I wish her all the luck in the world.

Here is a thought. Yourself, RCCA9 and Jayhawk together can start a 2A State Tournament, you can decide the enrollment so Highlands can get in LOL JK, and everyone can be happy.

Didn't know they were my Breds but ok. I believe Butler was picked to win it last year and did and E-Town will proabably win it this year, there is potential for an upset and if Butler wins it again i woudn't be surprised.

To be honest I knew Highlands was going to win it after the lost the previous year because that's who they are. They have a great program and will continue the tradition. The only one who will challenge them is upstart CovCath look out for in the coming years.

I did not start the ALL A but I am not on here telling everyone what the solution is to what you think the problem is. You have all the answer to so have at it.

A lot of times you can say the same thing about the Sweet 16, also football isn the same way you can predict every year the Highlands will win their State Championship with little to know competition. Am i right or am i missing something?

If you want the middle size school to participate then do waht Stan did and get it started, as much time as some of you spend on this website you should have enough time to get this done.

That is true about Steve Pangallo. Not sure I leave Michael Zimmerman off that starting 5 but woud definitely put him over Krebs as 6th man.

You make some valid points but where do you draw the line with enrollment, its kinda like football and I know we keep bringing that up but there is truth to it. In 2A and 4A teams know that whey have to go through NCC or Highlnds with no chance of ever winning but wasn't it nice for a lot of people to see Holy Cross take down NCC of few years ago and for Collins to beat Highlands 2 years ago, the All A provides that opportunity and yes not always but it has happened just like in football. I agree there are some holes in the system but there are holes in every system. Look at it this way there are college that get a chance to watch some of these kids that wouldn't get a chance to other wise. I personally wish basketball would go to classses to give other schools a chance to win State titles like football becasue lets face for some it will never happen and its hard to compete year in and year out with the Louisville teams. Just think of the money the state would make it.

So how would you do it? How would YOU determine what small schools play in? You make it sound like only the schools from NKY win it every year, look at its history and you will see that they haven't won as much as you think they have. NCC boys team has won it 3 years in a row which is rare but and a girls team hasn't won it in a long time. Some many of you knock but I bet if your kids went to a small school you would love this tournament.

Holmes/Dixie game will be close for about 3 quarters and I see Holmes pulling away in the 4th by 10.

This doesn't surprise me, I did think with Leigh out it would have been a little closer but Highlands just has way to much for Scott to contend with. Scott has a good team no Knock on them Highlnds is just really good and after a let down game prior, well it wasn't going to happen again to many girls on that team are competitors.

Camels are very young and having a good year and surprising a lot of teams. They new coach is doing a good job and should get coach of the year in that region. I also think a huge part of their success is do to Carson Gray, she is true leader being the only senior she has these young girls believing they can win and beat anyone. WIthout her they would not be where they are, she won't show up in the stat book as the leader of that team she is more than stat she is one they look up to for guidence on the floor. Outside of sports she is a great young lady. We often hear on these threads about a person and their stats and Carson means more to this team than stats. There are other teams that have this same type of player who get no recognition so I thought I would give her credit for the Camels success.
