Interesting to me but there were 8 pages of comments/opinions when HC and HHS cancel their game at HC request, but not one character about Holmes/ND (which is big game test for both) game cancellation. I ask why? Now the reasons HC gave under went scrutiny to the nth degree some truth to part of the thread and speculation on others. However, word on the vibe is that this Holmes/ND game was allegedly cancelled because of the Dawg's game at BOK the same night. So I pose these questions 1. is it ever acceptable to cancel a game because you want students to attend another? 2.Which excuse is more acceptable, the one the one that protect the kids or the one that was used to generate more money and fill BOK seats? Let me say I have no bias in this stake. IJS.

Hc was never in jeopardy if losing this game.

The hc grks looked like they haven't played together in quite awhile. However this was a good because one ncc tried slowing the game down hc slowed and showed patience. As far as doing a good job on the bigs of hc that didn't happen. Not sure what game was being watched. Either way this game did not in my opinion live up to its billing.

Sone facts.....that's part of the problem. When information I'd omitted or not shared it leaveleaves room for speculation and implication which what's going on here. So what I am saying if all the facts are presented then folks can make informed opinions based on factsand not fill in the blanks with whatever. ......

Thanks wildcat for your previous text. Funny how HC cab play top teams and verily a post and those somehow winds up about the other team or not about the game but this everyone has a opinion based on partial or no information. If you have facts post them otherwise let it be.

You just looking at this game. If you look at the stats from the other games, you see the offensive balance. I agree this one game doesn't depict it but overall they have some players that can pick it up when D Turner is not having a stellar offensive game and A. Mayhaus is on the bench in foul trouble. In regards to depth, they use there jv players who contributes and provide valuable minutes. You say 6 which is they play approximately 8 people and that is without C. Mayhaus and the soph Candance (forget last name) who is expected to get significant V minutes upon return (of course once in BBall shape). They also have a couple of fearless soph. Because he plays his younger players now, they could contribute in a state run but on that stage I admit there will be some jitters. Hope this helps.

Turner 2, McClendon, Mayhaus); N 5 (Orr 4, Yeager). Just to add that HC defense will keep them in games, when the offense is not clicking. However, no one talks about the balance and depth that HC has this year.
