I just wanted to know who else West has beaten, besides the Wayne anomaly of course? Anyone of consequence? East Jessamine maybe? Maybe Pulaski without Landon Powell?

How about the Result from January 19th, when Casey came over to Pulaski and beat em there by 5? That a misleading result? You want to talk about misleading, why aren't you talking about West Jessamine beating Pulaski at home by 8 without Landon Powell all together? At least he was "50%" against us, lol.

Outside of the Wayne anomaly, who has West Jessamine beaten? You seem like you're already convinced West will win, so why are you trying so hard to convince everyone else, lol. The only team I would consider a 'different caliber' in this region is Mercer, and they hung 18 on the colts last night.

The last time Casey was beaten by a team from the 12th region was January 16th by none other than West Jessamine, how about the irony. The Rebs are not the same team from January my friends. We like this side of the bracket just as much as the other 3 teams. Gonna be a fun one!

Shaking my head at the Rockcastle AD breaking up the post game celebration. Looking back, this tournament was a mess from an administration standpoint. Just a few things worth noting. 1.)Casey playing on back to back nights. 2.)Only district championship in the state on Wednesday. 3.)The post game celebration broken up by the Rock AD, but I guarantee Rock would have stormed the court had they won. 4.)Casey band forced to sit in upper corner on Rock's side for the championship game. These may all seem like petty issues, and it obviously didn't effect the outcome of the game, just felt like saying something based on the manner of the AD in the video.

Boyle getting it done! I take it that their 4th quarter woes didn't factor into this one! Nice win.

I agree. Also, why did all 4 boys teams not play the same night, and all 4 girls teams not play the same night? First time I can remember them doing it boy/girl double header per night.

I don't worship at anyone's altar, but comparing a regional tournament game to a game that was played in the 2nd week of December is ludicrous. Southwestern should have beaten Somerset by 20 on even a "bad night", and we seen how that turned out. Dont count your chickens before they hatch. This region is wide open.

Most often these are the same kids that win the middle school state football game every year. They get to HS, and choose football, or so it seems.

I wondered the same thing. I feel like the mid-season transfer situation probably didn't do him or his team any favors.

Yes, coach Stallworth over the past 3 years has found a way to get these guys amped for the final post season push. I'm not going to lie, it has been tough watching this team lose some of the games they have lost this season, and know that they were the better team. However, this is the only part of the season that really counts anyway, so to be 3 for 3 is justifying! I also have to give credit to the junior class with Smith, Miller, and Hayes. These 3 have played together all their lives, and have been a large part in making the past few years a success.

Extremely short handed? Or just outplayed? Casey was the better, more determined ball team tonight. Their defense had Pulaski in a scramble the entire game, and their offense was nicely balanced. Hall and Powell playing at 50%? Please. See ya next season.

Fun fact for ya: Coming into this tournament Pulaski County had won 9 out of the last 10 47th district championships.
