Lots of NKY girls on this team. Congrats on your 2nd place finish in the National League and berth to play for the National Championship in Tulsa,Ok. After losing a few key players going into/during this season they pulled together and have played great soccer! Lots of good soccer players in NKY/Cincy area. Good luck bringing home a National Title!!

Marty Steele was def line coach at Boone during Hauck, Thompson era. I know him pretty well and played for him in early 90's. I really think he is happy being AD and doesn't want to step into the train wreck that is the BC football team

Christin injured her knee last night in a game with KHA. She came down and heard a pop. Initial diagnosis is torn acl. MRI this week, Prayers for her that she heals quickly and is ready for her JR year next fall..

Surprised nothing has been put out there yet. The nky regional voting took place on Oct 24th I believe. Then state voting was nov 2nd. My guess it'll be out soon:idunno:

Ur correct! Both KHA and Javanon beat most teams by 4-5 goals last yr in ky state cup.. KHA coach said he won't play ky state again cuz OH cup is a lot more competitive

Yes ohio competition is much better than KY based on what I saw last year at KY state cup..

They play for KHA Red. Won the MRL last year and get bumped up to National this year! I don't think they have ever played in the KPL. Guess KHA sees the MRL as a more competitive league?? :idunno:

Payton Black (Boone) Hannah Poe (Ryle) both went to visit Miami OH and Payton went to visit UC last weekend. Both are only sophomores so can't get offers yet but looks like they both are getting lots of interest from local colleges. They both play for the same club team and will be playing in the National league this year so I'm sure they will get much more exposure starting this fall.

33rd District Boone 2 Conner 1. Payton Black with 1 goal 1 asst Corrine Burke 1 Goal. Conner scored with 5 min left to pull to within 1 goal and Conners coach pulls their best player off and sits her the last 5 min!! Not sure the logic here. Ryle was winning 3-0 at half over Cooper. Not sure who got the first goal Duggins got 2nd and Poe 3rd!! Looks like a rematch of last yrs district finals. Hope the game is as good this yr as last years double OT thriller...

I think Zimmerman had a concussion and missed a few games. Schuh broke her collar bone, had surgery and will be out the rest of the season and might miss some of club season also :(
