I think Scott will roll in this one. I think London will have a great game running the ball
It would be nice to see him have a big game . I do hope the backs run North and South this week . Ball control will be key too. It maybe rainning !!

You can't say great defense and then say they will give up 28 points, ha ha!
True.
-
I think that is every teams philosophy, or at least it should be. But if you don't have enough kids to field a freshman team and have a few subs, I don't really see a problem with bringing down some of your lower sophomores that rarely every play in JV. Are they really going to make that much of a difference? Probably not.
Agreed

Conner has some good skill players.
Scott has a pretty solid defense. It should be interesting . Hopefully Scott can contain the option and the passing attempts.
-
Scott 24 to 21.
Idk. Scott 's defense has held others to low numbers . I am not sure , if Conner will put up 3 touchdowns.
-
I am looking at more of a 20 to 7. Scott victory.

The contacts and game day invites are starting to increase for Gage. The university of Bucknell reached out yesterday. He has had 4 D1 schools , and an NAIA school reach out .
-
Who is the better back London or Pleasant? I can't wait to see how they use Perrin and see how good the big boys are Rice and Tucker.
Tucker has a gameday visit this Saturday at the University of Louisville .

Scott has really done great things from the last couple seasons and up to this point in this season . They need to stay on course . Be noticed ! Go Eagles ! !
-
I really feel sorry for the players from Boone.
To any parent and/or player in line to go to Boone County, if your son/you are a gifted football player find another another school. Ryle should be a consideration but beyond Ryle you need to look outside of Boone County.
I hear good things are happening at Scott in Taylormill . I would try that school out !! Really changing things . They also have very nice facilities.
-
I think it will be Johnson Central v. South Warren, but if I was going to pick a darkhorse I'm really interested to see what Scott can do.
I agree. Noone has seemed to be concerned with Scott . All I hear is the talk of the same couple of teams . Scott could surprise a few that are to busy looking at the trophy case instead of a hungry team from Taylormill. This group is a special group of athletes. The potential is through the roof this season ! Scott is playing with confidence .
-
Eagles are just fine where they are. Let them stay out of everyones too 5 . Staying under the radar is probably best for them . They have a lot more work to do . The season is young.
-
Ryle maybe to much for Highlands. This would be a good week for the Birds to start clicking though ..
-
This should be a good week for Sk to give the starters some rest and let the backups get some reps. Hope everyone comes away healthy .
-
Holmes by 2 points .
-
Hearing some Thunder ..here in Taylormill !!
-
This should be a good game to see . It could go either way. It would be nice to see the Eagles come out with the Win !!
-
The style of runner he is Scott should really explore the option on running behind the bigger line, instead of staying outside. I enjoy watching London and Pleasant run the ball and they have been very successful in the past season running outside , but I would love to see them , try running straight up behind the line then break it out. This should open up the pass game and a run to the outside once in a while . These kids are doing a good job , and have been improving week after week . Keep working hard !
-
People need to realize that its about the kids. Some people on here need to act like adults and stop all the negative comments. give credit where it is due and if you don't like a program so be it.
Agreed .

Yes really! If we are going to play the last years game, Dixie would have beat scott by 70 last year. Who cares about last year, or the year before, all I know is scott's sch. is awful, and SK will beat them to death, with a running clock at some point. I understand scott has been down for years, but let's not get carried away, now that they have beat two sub. 500 teams. When scott steps up and beats a SK, Highlands, COV. Cath, or Ryle then they can start beating there chest, until then congrats on winning games against non-top 10 teams in NKY this year.
So if Scott finishes 9-1 and gets beat by Sk , but goes on to win district for the first time in school history and goes a few rounds deep into the playoffs , we will be happy. I hope all the teams we face this season have the mindset you do and think we are going to be an easy win ! You are just adding fuel and motivation to these athletes.

Enough is Enough about scott. My God what an awful sch. Let's face it NCC ain't you father's NCC right now. Dixie lost a ton of college football players from last years team, and the remainder of scott's sch. is awful. scott will lose to both Conner and SK. Let's not keep pounding our chest scott fan's just because scott is no longer the laughing stock of NKY football, but is still a long way away from being able to beat teams like Ryle, Copper, SK, Cov. Cath. and Highlands. Nice job eagles to this point, but again scott's sch. is very poor at best, not to mention 4 A football might be the worst in the state right now, congrats scott for betting bad teams to this point. This week Newport, oh boy, way to step up and play somebody, again awful.
Really ? Scott beat Cooper 2 years ago and beat Conner last year.

Gage Tucker is around 6'4 320 though.
You can view his highlights from sophmore season and the past 2 games NCC and Dixie on his huddle. He also has a Thread on here with highlights and updates . Good to see ya keeping up with some Scott line , not just Sk !!

Gage Tucker is around 6'4 320 though.
Yes. He is a junior and has started this year off pretty good.
-
He moves really well for his size. I mean really well.
Yes . Ron is the only Senior right now on the line . He is a leader on the line for sure.
